Gabriel and Shimon Weiss are brothers. Gabriel also worked the cellars at Covenant Wines. Shimon joined later on and worked a harvest at Herzog and assisted Covenant during their harvests and bottling. Gabriel made his first wine with two friends in 2005 and started Shirah Wine LLC with Shimon in 2009.
